We developed the world’s first web-based predictor tool that uses machine learning to assess the risk of medication administration errors among neonates in NICUs. By analyzing key clinical and medication-related factors, the tool provides real-time risk predictions to support clinicians in preventing errors. This innovation enhances patient safety, strengthens clinical pharmacy practice, and promotes data-driven, proactive care for the most vulnerable patients.
