By applying 670 nm red light to the Trapezius muscle, the device stimulates mitochondrial metabolism to increase glucose uptake. Clinical trials with 11 volunteers demonstrated that a 20-minute exposure significantly reduced average blood glucose levels by 6.38% (p=0.021), validating its efficacy in mitigating post-meal spikes.
