This research develops surgical sutures coated with copper oxide nanoparticles synthesized via a green method using Andrographis paniculata. The nanoparticles show broad antibacterial activity at low cost, and the extract supports particle formation and stability. Antibacterial efficacy and cytocompatibility are tested to provide an eco-friendly option to reduce postoperative infections.
