Pinda’Q is produced from fresh catfish that is cleaned, cut into proper portions, and cooked with a spice paste made from Indonesian herbs such as chili, onion, turmeric, ginger, galangal, and lemongrass to create the authentic flavor of Palembang’s traditional pindang. After cooking, Pinda’Q is packaged using thick polypropylene plastic and placed into a standing pouch. The packaging process is carried out through a hot steam method to minimize microbial contamination, followed by hot sealing
