The increasing global burden of lifestyle-related diseases and industrial waste highlights the urgent need for sustainable and health-oriented innovations. This study presents a novel approach to valorizing mahogany seed waste (Swietenia mahagoni) an underutilized byproduct of the timber industry, by developing bioactive functional gummies with preventive and therapeutic potential. Mahogany seeds, often discarded or used solely for replanting, contain valuable bioactive compounds such as flavono
