This research aims to develop Aromandaliman, a natural herbal massage oil formulated from andaliman (Zanthoxylum acanthopodium) and olive oil (Olea europaea). Andaliman, a traditional spice native to North Sumatra, contains bioactive compounds such as terpenoids, flavonoids, and alkaloids with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. Olive oil serves as a natural solvent and carrier oil, rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids that nourish and protect the skin.
