The efficacy of traditional topical formulations for the treatment of autoimmune skin diseases may be limited due to reduced bioavailability of the active substance, the need for frequent application, and uncomfortable form of use. The proposed solution represents a bioactive therapeutic system in the form of a polymeric dressing, modified with an albumin carrier of the active substance, which combines the effectiveness of pharmacological therapy with the convenience of using medical dressings.
