SmartBioPep is an AI-based analytical platform for bioactive peptide analysis. It can handle hybrid peptidomics data inputs. Peptides are identified against the bioactive peptide database, whereas the unknown peptides are subjected to bioactivity prediction by machine learning model. The bioactivity is validated by bioassay. Our success case is antimicrobial peptides (AMP) produced from microalgae used as anti-Vibrio for Vannamei shrimp.
