This product is innovation integrates food science principles to develop a value-added product. Artificial seaweed was produced from Sea-blite, a low-value local plant, while broken Chaiya rice was transformed into flour and shaped into snack. Baking was used instead of frying to reduce oil content. The product is packaged in sealed cans containing oxygen absorbers, effectively extending shelf life.
