Key ingredients include Khao Bao Yod Muang rice with low carbs and high antioxidants, Trang Black Pepper with strong aroma, and Satun Champadak (Khwan Satun) known for superior taste. These resources form three dishes: rice crackers with chicken curry, soft-shell crab chili paste, and Champadak Koi Ped.
