The Precision Fish Fingerlings Counter is a prototype designed for aquaculture hatcheries to automate fingerling counting. A camera monitors fish flowing through an acrylic channel, a CPU processes the images, and a microcontroller operates a servo-motor sliding net door. A funnel and pump maintain steady flow. When the preset count is reached, the door closes automatically, reducing manual labor, minimizing error, and improving accuracy and gentle handling.
