Portable water rising detection using radio frequency RF signal is divided into two parts, the first part is the emitter, and the second part is the receiver. The function of the emitter is to detect the rise of the water level and changes to the speed of the river or waterfall. When the water head starts to occur or the water level increases, it will cause the sensor on the emitter to turn on and then enable the emitter to be active and send an alert to receiver using RF & GSM signal.
