Detail

The core principle of this invention is the use of piezoelectric material to convert the pressure generated by human footsteps into electrical energy. Pavement blocks embedded with piezoelectric elements are installed on the walkway. Every time a person steps on them, the piezoelectric material receives pressure and produces electricity. This electricity is either stored in an accumulator (battery) or directly connected to LED lighting to illuminate the walkway streetlights.
