This project resides within the field of power transmission and distribution. As a critical component of the power grid system, the maintenance and inspection of high-voltage circuit breakers (HVCBs) play a pivotal role in ensuring grid stability. Conventional routine tests for HVCBs involve six distinct items. Due to discrepancies in testing points, these procedures necessitate repeated reconnections, resulting in cumbersome processes, unorganized data and low processing efficiency. This highli
