The cable stripper employs a transverse and longitudinal cutter which cuts the cable insulation transversely and longitudinally respectively on opposing sides which instantly strips the insulation of the cable without pulling and stressing the cable allowing it to be stripped and spliced anywhere along the cable without cutting it.
