The nursing student utilization of the hip model as teaching media to practice their injection skills, their competencies increased and the level of confidence in injection increased to a very good level. The satisfaction of this model in terms of feeling of reality better than the products they have been used. The developed skill is correctly which a very good safety injection practice.
