This project uses RoboDK simulation to solve critical robotic welding problems for industries. For complex parts like the butterfly stem, we address issues like programming inefficiency and KUKA robot reachability limits. By simulating the entire process before manufacturing, we optimise the weld path, eliminate guesswork, and ensure every point is reachable. This approach reduces programming time, minimises material waste, and boosts overall efficiency.
