GeoCu-RT is a sustainable hybrid composite combining geopolymer and recycled copper waste to create high-performance mould inserts for Rapid Tooling. It offers up to 40% cost reduction and 25–35% faster cooling compared to steel inserts. Utilizing fly ash and machining waste, GeoCu-RT enhances thermal conductivity, strength, and eco-efficiency, supporting Malaysia’s green manufacturing and circular economy initiatives.
